Valuation and the offer in principle...
Following your call, or submission of the valuation request form, our buyers will send you a written 'offer in principle' for the stock you have listed.
This offer will be based on your statement of the condition of each lot, based on the following alpha-numeric 'quality' codes.

Collection and shipping...
Once you accept an offer in principle our carriers will collect the goods and your pro-forma invoice.
The packaging of goods for transport is the responsibility of the vendor.
On site assessments...
For complex lots, high value or very large items we may ask that our buyer visit your premises to prepare a more accurate offer. In this case the cost of such a visit will be entirely borne by surfeit.
Terms of payment...
After examination and acceptance of your quality statement, payment will be made by bank transfer within three days.
